Candice Hoeppner has no expertise on policing issues - her background is communication and I think that&#039;s why she&#039;s being used for this.

I don&#039;t mean to be mean here, but does she use Botox?  Her face doesn&#039;t move.</description>

She insinuated that the registry is only used to look up names and addreses yet Chief Blair stated that without the registry, criminal investigations would be hampered. Leter, on Power and Politics, he said the registry is used to determine if the person in question is licensed and the number/type of weapons that may be at that residence.</description>
